Viking Cuff Bracelet (B022)
This bracelet is based on a silver one that was found in the Curedale hoard from Lancashire, England in 1840.
The stamped design is typical of Viking age silver, as a bracelet such as this would have been used as bullion as well as decoration.
The bracelet weighs approx. 74g, has a gap of 3.7cm, and measures 18cm in length. It is cast byin lead free pewter in Scotland.
This bracelet is designed to be worn loose. To take it on and off, slide the gap in the bracelet between your thumb and forefinger, and pass diagonally across your palm.
