SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.
Order Shipment: We will send you tracking information once your order has been shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. All orders will usually always be shipped the same day of purchase.
Wrong Ring Size?: Before ordering anything that requires measuring for a size, please double check your size before ordering. If you need help finding your ring size please check out the sizing section of our website http://www.vikingmerch.com/pages/sizing. If you happen to order the wrong size and want an exchange, please ship the item back to us and include a note explaining what you need. And we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size.
Refunds: If you request a refund (which is highly unlikely because you will love our products) please send the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will issue you your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
(if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
(if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
