Fullsterkur is Viking Merch's premium sports nutrition strength brand. Our goal is to help you become Fullsterkur - "Full Strong" (Pronounced FULL-STIR-KER)

Fullsterkur origins come from the strength feat of lifting the Húsafell Stone located in Iceland.

The stone has been used as a test of strength by either simply lifting the stone, or by lifting and carrying the stone around the goat pen where it is located.

He who could only lift the stone up to their knees would be a lazybones, he who could lift it up to his waist would be a half-strong, and a full-strong "Fullsterkur" could lift it up to his breast and walk with it around the perimeter of the sheep pen.
